Clutchnet Disc
As you might imagine, a 150 shot of nitrous plus my other mods wreaks hell on a stock clutch. I wanted a streetable clutch disc, and the Clutchnet disc was "supposed" to be the answer. The POS was said to be good to 600 HP. Yeah....right.
Once under way, it will hold the power. But launching, hell no. Any decent launch results in the damn thing burning up. It will slip half way down the track. I've burned it pretty good about 3 times now. It only has a few thousand miles on it, mostly highway, but that didn't matter. On the street, it is okay. After burning it a couple of times it has more chatter than it should. What a waste of $200 (plus the cost of having it installed). It will be gone very soon. I'll post pics of it once it is out, and maybe figure out why it sucks so much!
