 ES Tranny Mount
The Energy Suspension Transmission mount. I broke two factory mounts (which are waaaaayyyy too weak). I installed a 1LE mount, which I used for several months. But it wasn't as stiff as I wanted it to be. The ES mount is much stiffer, almost too stiff. I have learned to live with a bit of extra vibration because of the gains of extra ridgity. I haven't tried removing the special mounting plate it comes with, which is one trick to soften it up a bit. I'll try whenever I get around to it.
