Spark Plug Wires
I had MSD wires.  I like MSD stuff, except for their wires.  I can't stress enough how much of a POS the MSD wires were.  The were the 8.5mm wires, custom fit for the LT1.  The wire and connectors that went to the spark plugs were fine.  But the connectors to the distributor and the coil wire's connectors were pure junk.  They didn't click on very well, so it was hard to tell when they wires were securely on the distributor.  The terminals were cheap and flimsy, and prone to corrosion.  They also didn't grip on to the distributor very well.  The boots on the distributor side were too long, which made it harder to get them on and caused them to push the terminals back from their connection.  The coil wire's terminals were also terrible, and I had to put the stock coil wire back in after only a couple months of use, because it started arcing.  I had a lot misfires from those POS MSD wires.

I now have Accell 900 Extreme Heat wires.  They are the same as the 300+ wires which are quite common, but have extra heat protection.  They also cost the same as the 300+ wires, so it really only makes sense to buy these.  After a few months of use, I have had NONE of the problems I had with the MSD wires.
